The
Fall Meeting was
held on Friday, October 21, 2005
at 5:00 P. M. at the Friends Seminary.
John Bodel, Professor of Classics and History at Brown University
delivered
a stimulating lecture: "Elements of the Roman Funeral."
The Winter Conference was held with
great success on Saturday, February 18th at Hunter College The
even featured four presentations
on Homer and Vergil, and luncheon with great food and lively
discussion followed.
